AEA welcomes all home educators, regardless of race, creed, religion or educational philosophy. We exist as an alliance of individuals, for the mutual benefit of our members and our communities.
We strive to develop an atmosphere of diversity, for the growth of our children and ourselves. Families with children of all ages are welcome in AEA, including those with toddlers or preschool age children. For more information about the Alternative Educators' Alliance, please send an e-mail to aeainfo@gnjonline.com.
AEA's primary purpose is to be a source of information and support to home educators and to those interested in information about home education. If you would like information about home education, please email us at aeabcs@gnjonline.com.
If you have been contacted by your local school district, we urge you not to respond UNTIL you know your full rights and the requirements for home educators under Texas Law.
